We’re thrilled to announce that MAPLD will undergo a major renovation starting soon!
This project will bring much-needed upgrades to our spaces, including improved accessibility, expanded seating areas, and modernized technology. While some sections of the library will be temporarily closed or relocated, our commitment to serving you remains strong.
How will this impact services?
During the renovation project, access to the front area of the library will be closed.
- Parking will be limited. Off-street parking is an option.
- Patrons will need to enter the building via the ramp on the northwest corner of the building, outside of the Youth Services Department .
- Services such as passports or notary will be by appointment only.
- Meeting Room Rentals and Programs will be limited.
- Library items may be retrieved using our e-lockers.
- Only 1 study room will be available.
